TSS: Wrapping up Week One of Murder, Monsters & Mayhem!

October 9, 2011 Murders, Monsters, & Mayhem, The Sunday Salon 11

Can I just say  how much fun I’m having with Mx3? Horror and thriller have always been two of my favorite genres, Halloween my favorite holiday, so the month of October is always a treat for me!

Here are last week’s posts, in case you missed them:

Additionally, there is a weekly giveaway for all those who contribute links to the link-round up.  This week’s prize is:

  • ARC of The Monsters Corner by Christopher Golden
  • Finished Copy of BAD MOON by Todd Ritter
  • This adorable vampire plush

And this week’s winner is…

Tanya from Dog Eared Copy for her review of Patient Zero! Congratulations, Tanya!

To be eligible for next week’s giveaway, simply link up your horror/thriller/suspense/Halloween post to the link round up post! The more posts you enter, the more chances you have to win!  If you are participating in Carl’s RIP challenge, all those posts are eligible for this giveaway as well!

I’m a big baby and I never read scary books. Glad others enjoy this genre so much. Teach me how to be brave!

      Deb-
The books don’ t have to be scary! Anything Halloween related (favorite Halloween memories, pictures of Halloween decorations, Halloween recipes) works as well :) My boys contribute with reviews of Halloween picture books! I try to make it fun and interesting for all involved!

I wish I enjoyed the genre more, then I’d be able to get into all of the scary book review posts and leave better comments. :) As it is I think October is the month that I comment the least on everyone’s posts because I’m a big sissy about horror books.

Thank you! I’m terribly excited about winning! I’ll admit that despite the literary aspect of the prize, the vampire plushy is also most excellent! I’m already planning on reviewing the prize books for next years Mx3!
