I’ve just finished Lost Souls by Poppy Z Brite and just started The Plot Against America by Philip Roth, I’d quite like to read one of the Booker longlisted novels too.

I’ve just reviewed a children’s book called Burly & Grum and the Secret City.

There’s just so many books I want to read at the moment and every time I read another review or blog I just keep adding to my TBR pile.

I have GOT to pick up the pace. I’m falling further and further behind. Hopefully I’ll finish DARKNESS, MY OLD FRIEND today. It’s a wonderful book, I’ve just not had a lot of reading time this past week. Have to get my time management skills kicking here.

And on audio I’m about midway through Linwood Barclay’s THE ACCIDENT, which is outstanding.

Not to worry; I haven’t been able to get as much reading in either! I have THE ACCIDENT in egalley format; I’m looking forward to having some time to read it!

It’s a fantastic audio. Quite lengthy, but definitely worth it!

LOVED The Secret of Crickley Hall! It’s been some time since I’ve read anything by Herbert! It’s reinvigorated my love and appreciation of his writing! The Latern is quite the enjoyable read as well!

I have been meaning to try James Herbert for ages. Hope you have a good week.

  7. Hilde says:

I have both The Magicians and The Magician King coming up, so I’m glad to hear they’re good. I really liked Codex, so I hope I’ll enjoy these too. And I must get around to A Game of Thrones soon.
