  1. You had such an interesting reading week, last week! I’m really excited to read what you think of The Red Blaxer Girls. That sounds like such a fun series. Enjoy!

  2. Shonda says:

I’ve read glowing reviews for Before I Go to Sleep. It’s definitely on my summer reading list. Have a good week!

  3. Last week I managed to finish 5 books.
    Alien Tango by Gini Koch
    Killer Listing by Vicki Doudera
    Knockdown by Sarah Graves
    Bloodshot by Cherie Priest
Dragon Bound by Thea Harrison (Thea is a multi published Romance author and this is her first foray into the realms of Urban Fantasy/Romance) A definite MUST READ

For this week I’d like to read these library books:
Underworld Wraps – Hannah Jayne Due 06-28-11 *
Hiss of Death – Rita Mae Brown Due 06-28-11
Right Hand of Magic – Nancy A. Collins Due 06-28-11
The Hidden Goddess – M.K. Hobson Due 06-28-11

I’d also like to try and read these owned books:

Sealed with a Kill – Lucy Lawrence
Ink Flamingos – Karen E. Olson
    A Hard Day’s Night – Casey Daniels
Elvis and the Dearly Departed – Peggy Webb
The Busy Woman’s Guide to Murder – Mary Jane Maffini
The Cat, The Lady and the Liar – Leann Sweeney
The President’s Vampire – Christopher Farnsworth
How to Survive a Killer Séance – Penny Warner
Lost and Fondue – Avery Aames
Sudden Moves – Kelli Sue Landon *
    JaneOlogy – Karen Harrington *

I don’t know how many of my TBR pile will get done but I really need to make an effort to catch up. So many of them were gifted to me so I could review some of them.
To make things even more difficult “Mommy Dearest” is up from Florida for her yearly visit. She’s difficult at best, and a royal pain the rest of the time. LOL

Oh boy! I’m about mid-way through BEFORE I GO TO SLEEP. Absolutely loving it. Also really loving my audiobook right now – Karin Slaughter’s FALLEN.

On deck is Thomas Young’s SILENT ENEMY and Duane Swierczynski’s FUN AND GAMES on audio. Lots of good stuff!

  5. Carl V. says:

I’m hoping to complete the Eclipse Four anthology and am also reading The Selected Works of T.S. Spivet.

  6. I’m finishing up Folly Beach by Dorothea Benton Frank for an author event on Thursday. Dawn (She is Too Fond of Books) and Jill (Rhapsody in Books) convinced me on Twitter this morning that I need to read The Language of Flowers by Vanessa Diffenbaugh next.

  7. Kathy Martin says:

I see you are still listening your way through the Dresden series. My brother and I are both eagerly awaiting Dresden’s latest adventure. It comes out at the end of July. My Monday Report is here. Have a great week!

  8. I love the Harry Dresden Series! I am waiting on pins and needles for July 26th to get here!

    Here is my Monday Post.

  9. Katie F says:

Have you read Ron Charles review of Robopocalypse? It is HILARIOUS!

  10. I see so many books on this list that I want to find out more about! Also, I am so happy to see Miss Peregrine’s Home For Peculiar Children on here. I loved it!

War and Watermelon is a popular book this week. I have to say I do love its cover.

I celebrated 24 years of keeping a book diary. The flu kept me from reading at my usually insane pace but I did finish some books. Come see what they were.

  13. I don’t do a whole lot of audiobooks anymore. I kind of miss my super long commute for that reason.

  14. Before I Sleep is one I have added to my wish list. You had a great week. Enjoy your new one!

    Here’s MY MONDAY MEMES POST

  15. I finished Before I Go To Sleep this week too. My favorite book this week was Ann Patchett’s State of Wonder.

  16. Nise' says:

Glad to see Before I Go To Sleep is getting good reviews as I’ve got it on the way.
