You managed to get a lot read least week. I am a fan of the Dresden series by Jim Butcher but have never heard the audiobooks. I hope they were well done. My Monday Report is here. Have a great week!

    Kathy-
Yes, the audiobooks are VERY well done! It doesn’t hurt that James Marsters (Spike from Buffy) is the narrator!

You were a busy reader last week! Did you love DANIEL HAYES?

I’m finishing up THE RIDGE, which is turning out to be my favorite post-Lincoln book from Koryta. And I finished listening to VANISHED (Joe Finder) and THE LAST STRIPTEASE (Michael Wiley) on audio.

Next up will be BEFORE I GO TO SLEEP (SJ Watson) in print and FALLEN (Karin Slaughter) on audio. Lots of crime fiction wonderfulness!

Yes! I loved Daniel Hayes! I knew I would; I’ve enjoyed every other book Marcus has written. Thank you again for “introducing” him to me! I adored THE RIDGE…may be my second favorite after SO COLD THE RIVER.

  3. I have The Beach Trees, and I’m looking forward to it.

Hope you enjoy all of your books this week.

Boy, you are a ravenous reader. I could not get all that done. But, I have great intentions. I am reading Beach Trees. I can’t wait to read your review.

  6. The Beach Trees and War & Watermelon on both on my TBR for this weekend. Part of The Beach Trees takes place in Biloxi (where I’m from) and i can’t wait to read a book that actually takes place in my town.

  7. Shirley says:

How was The Two Deaths of Daniel Hayes? I’ve seen it around on blogs of late and it looks interesting.

My husband likes the Dresden File series. I haven’t tried it yet.

Summer school begins for me so my reading for fun will take second place to reading for homework. So my reading for fun will have to take second place to reading for school. Come see what I finished in my last week of vacation.

  9. Holy cow, you had a great week in books last week! I can’t wait to see what you think of War and Watermelon.
