  1. Ooh, I really liked BLOOD WORK. My review is out later this week.

My priorities this week are finishing THE BIRD SISTERS by Rebecca Rasmussen and MADRE by Liza Bakewell. I’m also trying to get through AMBERVILLE by Tim Davys and THE GIRL WHO WOULD SPEAK FOR THE DEAD by Paul Elwork.

In audio I just started APOLLO’S ANGELS by Jennifer Homans. It is LONG (almost 24 hours), so I’ll be on this one for awhile.

I still have to get to LUCIFER’S TEARS. I can’t wait to hear what you think of FACES OF THE GONE.

I got in a lot of audiobook time on Saturday, so I was able to finish ON THE WRONG TRACK by Steve Hockensmith as well as about half of A PLACE OF EXECUTION by Val McDermid. I’ll be returning to that this afternoon at the gym.

In print I finished up SLUGFEST by Rosemary Harris last week and am cruising along in Bryan Gruley’s THE HANGING TREE. Following that I’ll be picking up Julia Spencer-Fleming’s ONE WAS A SOLDIER.

    So much goodness all around!

I adored Lucifer’s Tears, I like Michael Palmer’s work and I want to read Blood Work. Have a lovely time reading and a wonderful week.
