For the past few weeks, I’ve been assisting with a bit of the Book Blogger Appreciation Week workload. It’s left me without much time to read, let alone blog! My current tasks will come to an end in the next day or so, so I plan on making up for lost time by having my own personal read-a-thon/bloggiesta over the three-day weekend!

Carl will be working on Monday so this is just another weekend for us. I will be watching college football on Saturday, though!!

My husband has Friday and Monday off, so it will really be a long weekend. Tomorrow I hope to sneak in some reading (I’m 50 pages into The Lace Reader) then on Saturday we will be having some neighbors over for a BBQ. Lastly I hope to get my new URL up and running!!
David (Hubby) is working on the roof this weekend. I know I have to make my beets as well as do some baking. Really hoping to get some reading done this weekend if Michael cooperates.

I don’t have a 3 day weekend (final dissertation revision starts on Monday when I get it back) but I was planning on doing the same thing on Saturday and Sunday! Read lots and get all my reviews and posts done before the workload starts again. =)
I plan on spending the weekend curled up with a good book or two.
I’m right there with you I’ve been persona non-grata in my commenting and posting as well. I finally had the chance to get a flurry of posts up this weekend which made me feel productive. I was so glad to announce winners to giveaways and get reviews for tours and such posted. Now I’m only about 8ish books behind on my review posts. If I can get through those this week I’ll be pretty excited.
