It’s Day Three of Thankfully Reading Weekend! Can you believe how quickly the time has flown by?
I’ll admit, I got ZERO reading done yesterday. I own an online boutique and the Black Friday shopping was INTENSE. Good, but exhausting. I don’t think I fell asleep until after 2 AM! I hope to catch up with reading today and tomorrow. I also have the entire week off from work next week so plenty of reading time ahead for me!
Speaking of small businesses, I encourage you to take a small break from reading to participate in Small Business Saturday. Have a local independent bookstore? Pay them a visit and let them know how much you appreciate them! As the owner of my own small business, I do appreciate the importance of shopping local! If your independent bookstore isn’t open to the public right now, shop online. They need all the support we can give them!
