[...] Jenn of Jenn’s Bookshelves was one of the first people to react to Dutton’s awesome Children of Paranoia postcard marketing campaign. Because of this, I was eager to see her review of Children of Paranoia and to find out if she thought the book lived up to the hype. Happily, its seems she did.
Jenn, Love your site! I'd be really interested to hear what your 11-year-old, John-John, has latched onto for reading and how you helped get him there. I've been teaching 6th grade for 20 years (and reading stacks of tween books for my classroom library) and just started blogging my reviews. My mission is to hook tweens on reading, and I'm constantly looking for new tricks. :)

Hi Jenn!

You looked so friendly in your picture, so I thought I'd get in touch. My debut novel, "The Year of the Gadfly" is coming out from Houghton-Mifflin-Harcourt next year. I hope you'll take a look at it on my website: www.byjennifermiller.com I grew up in DC and wrote a good chunk of my book at Politics and Prose. Do you ever go there?

All best,
Jen
