Thanks for a great site. Always looking to make restaurant recipes at home but never quite get them right. Have found a great recipe collection that has Applebees, KFC, McDonalds, etc and it’s great. Getting a bit fat now though!

I find it easier to just appreciate the recipes for themselves otherwise its disappointing when the dishes don’t tase the same as the restaurant version.

i remember I got two recipes from one of these books, Cracker Barrel Has Brown Casserole and Chi Chi Corn Cake..and both are spot on and delicious.
I will have to look for this one.

PF Changs is a favorite here for us too. My boys would be all over that beef-it looks yummy and we too like leftovers for lunch the next day. Thanks for the spotlight on the cook book.

Even though I’m a vegetarian and would not try this recipe, I definitely want to look for these cookbooks — I love restaurants and I’m sure there’s quite a few recipes I’d like to try to duplicate!
