I just got a copy of City of Dragons over the weekend! I can't wait to read it. I've been aching to read it since I first heard of it months ago!

Oh goodness, what am I reading this week? Well, my audiobook is a re-read of "The Swan Thieves." I expect to finish that, not quite sure what I'll pick up next, maybe one of the Amy Einhorn books I got from the library on audio.

In print, I'm making my way slowly through "The Book of Fathers." It is a doorstop of a book and a translation from Hungarian. It deals with a family over 400 years of Hungarian history and, since I'm not totally up on my Hungarian history, it is a bit slow to get through. Each chapter is 40 pages(!), so I'm only committing to 1 per day, and then get to read something else for the rest of the day or 50 pages, whatever comes first. I may still be reading this NEXT Monday...

My first in-between-chapters book is going to be "Remarkable Creatures" by Tracy Chevalier. If I finish that, probably "The Queen's Dollmaker," since I need to review that sooner rather than later.

I started Kelli Stanley's City of Dragons over the weekend and it's really a fantastic read! Definitely recommended -- noirish 1940s San Francisco mystery.

I would love to read Beautiful Creatures. I love that title, for one thing, plus I've heard so many other people talk about it on their blogs. So yep, it's on the tbr list.

Have a great week of reading!

I like Lee Child and need to get back to reading more works by Child. I was supposed to have red The Devil In Merrivale, sadly it arrived too late, so I will fit it in whenever I can. You have a wonderful reading week! My Monday, if interested: http://www.rundpinne.com/2010/01/what-are-you-reading-on-mondays-25.html
