Happy Thanksgiving everyone! Today I’ll be spending this wonderful day with my husband and three boys. It’s the first Thanksgiving we’ve spent “solo”, without any extended family. My husband has a wonderful dinner lined up: Turkey, stuffing, homemade macaroni and cheese, broccoli, and sweet potato casserole. Up for dessert will be pumpkin and sweet potato pie.

Happy Thanksgiving! DH, Lady K and I are in the same mellow solo mode today, too. DH is grilling the turkey, he made the green bean casserole and stuffing earlier, just needs putting in the oven. I do the mashed potatoes and rolls. Lady K and I made the apple pie this morning. We are ready.
